Thanks. The weights are slowly moving up but it's hard to gauge progress because I'm still so far off from any rep maxes on squat and deadlift in order to get my sets across. I'll likely do some pr testing in June sometime.

    Press @ 177 lbs-6,6

    Deadlifts @ 385 lbs-4
    Deadlifts @ 395 lbs-4
Deadlifts @ 405 lbs-4,4 RPE 9.5, although I might have been able to get more done. Deadlifts have always been very fatiguing.

I was gone with the family for a few days to see Black Hills area (Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, Deadwood, etc) and didn't get enough protein or sleep.

Squat @ 315 lbs-8 The gym was kind of hot today as it was 100 degrees yesterday and the air couldn't keep up.
Squat @ 325 lbs-8,8,8 RPE 10 The last set about killed me even though bar speed wasn't that bad. It was probably a combination of heat and not enough sleep. I was just dead after squats and contemplated stopping there but dreaded the thought of needing to come back to finish the session so much that I pushed through the rest of the workout.

    Bench @ 275 lbs-8,8
Bench @ 280 lbs-8,8 RPE 9.5 I was just exhausted by last set.

    Chins w/ 45 lbs-5,5,5 Kipping.

This really sucked but I was glad to get through it.

Still some leg DOMS from squats a few days ago. Taking a full week off of squats always results in pretty bad soreness.

    Press @ 160 lbs-8,8,8
    Press @ 162 lbs-8 RPE 9.5

    Deadlifts @ 370 lbs-6,6,6
Deadlifts @ 375 lbs-6 RPE 9-9.5 Although I probably had another rep left I was exhausted and I felt like I was going to hurl on every set. I had a protein shake about an hour and a half before the workout and it was always on the verge of coming back up. It seems like deadlifts are the only exercise where this is an issue.

    Floor press @ 240 lbs-10
Floor press @ 245 lbs-10,10 RPE 9.5, but rest was real limited between sets, around 2-3 minutes rest periods.
