I've had a very busy week between work and family obligations. I've got a senior and an 8th grader with graduation ceremonies, masses, awards presentations, etc that have made it very difficult to get to the gym. Next week it should start getting better.

Bench @ 335 lbs-2 Rpe 9.25; @ 305-5; @ 280-9.
Squats @ 390 lbs-5 Rpe 9.0. Not bad since it's been 2 weeks since I squatted.
Squats @ 345 lbs-9; @ 305 lbs-11. Exhausting but good to get some bench and squats done. Probably bad DOMS over the next few days.

Deadlifts @ 465 lbs-5 PR. Rpe 9.5. A 20 lb pr at 5 reps. Clearly making some progress on deads.
Deadlifts w/ stras @ 405 lbs-8. Rpe 10. Exhausting. I think the 5 rep pr might have been more fatiguing than I thought.

Bodywt 231 lbs- going the wrong way.
Squats @ 405-5 I'll call it Rpe 9.25 but probably had another rep left. Not too bad considering I'm only squatting around every 10 days.
Squats @ 355 lbs-8; @ 315 lbs-11. Absolutely exhausting.
