    Thanks wolf. Hope you guys enjoy the video. Sorry about the angle, next time I will have to more throughly explain what a side view is. I'm really happy about the singles today because I was able to just do them with out using any adrenaline or getting my self psyched up.

    Also critiques are welcome on all of my videos.

    Thanks guys. Today was just light and technical. I worked on implementing what Josh was cueing me to do on Saturday.

    Clean + Power Jerk + Split Jerk

    Clean and Jerk (alt each rep between power and split)

    Jerk is feeling more power full, snatches are feeling fast. I'm excited to move some heavy weight this weekend.
