    Was really feeling beat today so I decided to take a deload.

    Warm up Snatch 50x3x3
    Snatch + 2 Snatch Balance Complex 60x2, 70x2
    Snatch Singles

    90
    95 F missed behind
    100
    Squat 45x5, 135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 405x1, 455x1, 500x1 decided to drop the volume for today
    Press 135x5, 185x5x2 Just stayed light shoulders felt weak

    I went all out twice last week, first to set the deadlift PR then on the weekend to set the power snatch PR, and I'm feeling the cumulative repercussions. I'm hoping by Thursday I'll feel better enough to hit a heavy 3x5 across on squats.
