Squat 45x10x2, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 385x2, 425x1, 475x5 PR I strained my right adductor on the second rep and just kept going anyway.
Power clean and Power Jerk(last rep) 65x3, 80x3, 95x3, 110x3, 125x3x4 Funky things started happening the first few sets b/c I was distracted by my adductor.
This coming week I'm visiting DC with my family for the first time, so this strain could not have had better timing. It's not that bad, I think I'll be 100% after a deload week.
500x5 will be beastly indeed, and it's not that far away.
Also, you did four triples of a power clean AND jerk at 275 after the 475x5. That's not too horribly bad, you know.

Thanks for all the support everybody. The set felt good overall and the strain wasn't that bad. I had no bruising or swelling. The adductor strain I think will be close to 100% in a weekish, just finished the second day of rehab and no pain after the first set of squats.

Going to DC from Thursday to Sunday. I thinking about doing some jump squats in the hotel room if theres no barbell in the hotel gym. The plan right now as long as the strain feels good is to jump up again for 5x5 on squats next thursday.
