Absolutely crushed a workout yesterday. Got to the gym and abandoned the idea of working the squats back up slowly.

    12/8
    Squats 45x10x2, 135x5, 225x5, 315x3, 365x2, 405x1, 440x5x3
    Bench 45x25, 95x20, 135x15, 185x10, 205x5 rehab is really coming along well
    Chins 5,5,5,5
Prowler: 6 40yd sprints, high handle, increase weight every 2 sprints, 1 min rest

Hey Guys had a pretty good workout today.

    12/12
    Squats 45x10, 135x5, 225x5, 315x3, 365x2, 405x1, 445x5x3
Press 45x8, 95x5, 125x5, 155x3, 180x2, 200x5,3, 165x8 Had nothing to do with the weight being difficult. After the third rep it felt like the pec was going to cramp up so I backed off for a set. I took a video of the first set of squats and the first set of presses.

Looks like you're having to work some at those weights now (445 and 200), but not at your limit yet. Dammit but this is fun to watch.

I don't know how you can stand to squat in front of a mirror like that.

I never actually look in the mirror. For the squats I just stare down and for the press there is a knick in the mirror in the perfect spot like eye level, so i just stare at that.

12/13 Worked out with JP today
    Squat warmup 45x10x2, 135x5
Deadlift 135x5, 225x5, 315x3, 365x2, 405x1, 480x5 this was very hard, the last rep probably would have been red lighted in a meet
    Bench 45x25, 135x5, 165x5, 185x3, 205x1, 225x5x3 Pec is feeling much better
    Chins 8,8,8

I haven't deadlifted in over 2 weeks and still jumped 5 pounds so I'm happy with it, even though it was hard. Next week I'm going to wrap my thumbs because the grip was going in my left hand. Deadlifting the day after squats felt brutal, I think it feels better just to do them the same day. My legs just felt so heavy from yesterdays squats that forcing myself to do the set was hard.

Had an Awesome workout today with Josh and Shelly. Did Olympic lifts other than power clean for the first time since August and had a great time doing it.

    12/15
    Power Snatch 60x3, 90x2, 100x1, 110x1 PR, 115x1 PR, 100x1x3
    Power Clean and Jerk 70x3, 110x3, 130x1, 141x1
    Weighted Chins 45x5x3

This is the first time I ever broke a 250 total between the 2 lifts and I did it using the power variations. Josh and Shelly are amazing coaches and I can't wait to work with them again. Every set was kind of like a bunch of singles in the workout because Josh was coaching me in between each rep. The Power Snatch PR is a 15 kilo PR from my previous best and I finally felt what the jerk is supposed to feel like. There is a mind blowing difference in power when you actually generate it using your shoulder to drive the bar up instead of just your triceps.

115 kilos is some serious shit. I checked the USAW site a while back and found that the national meet qualifying total in 2012 for 105+ was only 290. You should make a run at it, dude.
