That sounds insane, props for even competing under those circumstances. Sorry to hear about the injury, but I am sure you will have it healed very soon. Get well soon!

The fact that you actually showed up was a victory Nick. Sorry it didn't go as hoped or planned and especially sorry you got injured-- hope the rehab is fast I see another 400 clean (with the jerk!) soon.

Thanks everyone for all your support. I really appreciate it. Rehab is going well hoping to squat 135 or more x 15-20 later tonight. Yesterday topped out at 125x20. Pain has completely dulled out. I really am only aware of it now when I'm squatting. This is going to heal quickly.

I'm sorry that things out of your control took such a toll. Sounds horrible and I'm sure reality was even worse! We were cheering you on regardless. Being there put some experience under your belt. Next year, you can go kill it!

    Heal up quick.

I'm back! Just got a new program from Jordan and am very excited to crush some weights. First 2 training sessions have been very promising.

    1/6
    Hang Snatch + Snatch (2+1): 50, 70, 80, 90, 100, 95 (no misses)
Power Clean: 70x3x2, 90x2, 110x2, 130x2x3 stayed lighter here was getting very light headed between reps
    Bench: 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 265x3, 295x3@8, 305x3@8, 315x3@9, 295x3@8, 295x3@9 lifted off everything myself
Notes: Had shit sleep in anticipation of crushing training but overall this may have been the best bench session of my entire life

    1/7
    Deadlift: 135x5x2, 225x5, 315x3, 405x2, 475x1, 520x3@8, 545x3@9
    Press: 45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 165x3, 195x3, 225x3@8, 235x3@9
    Push Press: 185x5, 205x5, 195x5
Notes: Push press is the bane of my existence! It just creates pain everywhere but I think it's going to help my jerk so I'm forcing myself to get really good at them. I had a tough deadlift and press workout Saturday so decided to cut the back offs until next week so I don't sabotage myself in the first week of accumulation.
