    Thanks Dwayne!

    11/27
    Squat: 330x5x2
    Snatch: 50x2x2, 70x2, 90x1, 100x1, 110x1, 120x1, 130x1, 140x1F (very close), 142.5x1x2F
    Press: 225x2x2

notes: Was feeling very beat up. Just went light on squats to warmup. Just missed 140 on snatch so I decided to go for a PR but it just wasn't there today. Press was really bothering my right shoulder lowering the weight so just stayed light and took it easy.

    11/29
    Squat: 495x1@7, 545x1@8, 585x1@9.5 PR, 555x1@9, 525x1@8
    Bench (pause): 305x1@7, 325x1@8, 345x1@9, 355x1@9.5
    Deadlift: 565x5@8 PR

notes: Today went exactly how I planned. I've been focusing on squatting 585 for the past few days and to make it happen felt great. 6 plates is an awesome milestone that I'm very proud of. Right AC joint is all jacked up so I didn't do any back down work on bench and just took it easy. Deadlifts were smoked but I did use some psych. I felt like a machine and prob had 3 in the tank though. Very excited about the american open and looking forward to more PRs!

Vids of the squat and deadlift will be posted tomorow.

Thanks Adam. I'm pretty sure that training session completely crushed me though. Today was garbage.

    Squat: 435x4@9, 405x4@8
    Bench: 305x5x3@8.5

I knew today was going to be bad. Started getting the pain sweats on my last squat warmup with 385 for a single. I was planning for 515x4 and my body just shut me down. Bench felt fine while I was lifting but after each set I was getting some bad AC joint pain in my right shoulder so I stopped at 3 sets.

Thanks Karl! Things have been going well lately.

    12/4
    Squat: 345x5, 225x10x2
    Press: 245x2@7, 260x2@8 PR, 280x1@9 PR, 280x1@9.5, 255x2@9
Chins: a bunch of triples over the course of 30 min

notes: My right groin felt real shitty so I backed of and did some higher reps with 225 just to load it with some blood. Presses felt easy going up but the left bicep distal tendonitis made lowering the weight a bitch. Very happy with the PRs. Did a bunch of chin triples to load the bicep with blood and it started to feel better by the end. If everything goes well I'm going to hit opener weights on Saturday. Also have a video of the second 280 press, I'll post that either later tent or tomorrow.
