    Leg Press: 495x10x4

    notes: Was running short on time and my low back had a mega pump from the short rest intervals on deadlifts. High rep squats were not practical given the situation so called an audible and just did a bunch of reps on the leg press.

    Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets of 6-12 reps
    Tempo DB bench: 20x10, 30x10

    notes: minor strain in my L pec. Hopefully it's back to 100% in about 2 weeksish.

    notes: Was planning on 7s for deadlift but felt a weird sensation in my right proximal hamstring during the first set so I called it. Sensation was absent on the following sets but I was still pulling cautiously.

    4/17
    Press: 245x1, 265x1, 240x4, 220x4x4
    Bench Rehab: 95x20, 135x15, 165x12, 185x10, 195x8, 205x8
    Lat Pulldowns: 4 sets of 6-15 reps

    4/19
    Squat: 355x7x5
