    Good meeting you too man! The space is coming along. Should be launching the thing Nov. 3rd. I'm currently running "Gain all the weight and strength back that you lost a month ago while opening a gym for your meet 10/25. I do have a template of my old program but it's on paper. I'll write out a similar one once this meet is over. I'll post it up.

    Yeah I got my training back on track just in time I think. I'll layout program after this meet. It's most likely going to explode your brain.

    How's your meet prep? Are we about to see sqt/pr/dead PRs from ya? I haven't stalked your log in a sec, but I'm bout to change that.
