455x3-F Got the first 2, then grinded to a halt top shin. I went into the third one with a bad set up
475x1-F Again bad setup, bad mental state going into this one. Granted It would have been a better idea to single something less after a double 2RM of 455, but I've done dumber things.
455x1 I decided to film this one, and I'm glad I did, cause I have some obvious issues that I wasn't aware of.

    Not setting the lumbar
    Too forward of bar

Pretty shitty Snatch work today. I have a missing of piece of skin from a callus tear while doing deadlifts a few days ago that I made much worse. Receiving the bar was super unpleasant, and sometimes my pussiness got in the way of catching the bar. It was ok though. I stopped, ate this unreal brownie/peanutbutter/walnut thing, did some programming, trained a couple clients, drank a ton of coffee, and proceeded to own the shit out of the rest of the workout.
