    Another one in the books. Squats didn't feel as fast as Monday but they still went pretty fricken well. Had a training first today....ripped a giant hole in my underwear during the last squat set. Thought it might have been my knee sleeves sliding under me sweats, but no. Now I know what to put on my birthday wish list.

    Good workout over all. Squats are feeling good and I'm hoping after an extra day of rest this weekend my speed will be back up a little on Monday. Deadlifts went better this time around but at the same time they didn't. The weight felt lighter but I had this pinching pain just NOV and had to take a step back before the last one. Not sure if it was the way my belt was sitting or what. Might have to play around with me belt placement next session.

    Solid workout again today. Squats actually felt faster than Friday but a bystander would probably have a different story to tell. Had to set up the safety bars on bench since I was the only one at the gym. Probably not the smartest thing but if I hadn't felt good about the weight I wouldn't have done it. Tried a different belt today for deads and that pinching above my groin was more or less gone. Glad I was able to figure that one out quick.

    Definitely felt drained after this workout. Squats went well but they are starting to get heavy. Presses were pretty irritating today. Although the first 2 sets were good I got out of position on the third set and just hit a wall. After 3 reps I took about a 2 min rest break and came back to hit 3 more reps. Going to hit this one again next press day. Deads felt good in respect to speed but that pinching came back. Going to play around with the belt position again and see what happens. Won't be able to lift again till next Monday, so these next few days are going to be packed with consuming calories.

    Huge shout out to Gillian Ward on her first place finish (3rd overall) in this past weekend's Raw Unity Meet down in Florida. She ended up smoking a 451 deadlift on her last attempt. A 3x body weight pull ain't a bad way to finish up a meet.

    Thanks Jordan! Congrats on the pr's this weekend. I know you were a little bummed out about those deads but that is a pretty sick total, plus lifting at the Arnold is fricken sweet. Best wishes on your next meet dude!

    Billy,

    Hang in there, I think you may be running into a wall. If you miss the press again, reset 10% and make another run. Your DL seems to be unstuck, the back off day seems to have worked well. If you are able to keep it moving we'll keep at it. Before we move back to the Powerclean on off days, I would like to see you stall (due to recovery) and then drop to 85% on the off day. Run that for as long as you can, and then work the PC on the off day. We'll start the PC at 60KG and work north from there.
