    Checked the scale this morning for the first time in a while....188?
    Not sure what to make of that. Been eating pretty dirty and wanted to make sure 198 wasn't going to be a problem.*
    I need to check more often and adjust if needed.

    Lifts look fast and clean. Nice work. We both have dogs walking around where we lift that make it into the video and we both make the squat noise at the beginning of the rep. Mine is much louder and more irksome to people. Keep up the good work, you are gonna crush it at the meet.
