    Shannan, where is your meet? We are hosting a meet at out gym on 3/23. Any chances it is the same one?

    I cut creatine before my meet last weekend. I cut it three days out. Creatine tends to put 3 to 5lbs on me that I lose fairly quickly after I stop taking it. I took it again after the weigh in.

    Competition is in Fort Mill, South Carolina. "Battle on the Border" Is this your gym? I'd love to meet you, if so.
    I've been looking at your log and blog. Whoa! Your accomplishments are inspiring. Makes me want to try than 300DL goal... tonight!

    I weighed 126 tonight (most ever). Need to drop 3 lbs in three weeks. I know it's very doable, but I don't like to diet. Hoping if I cut creatine 3-5 days out, I can drop water quickly. My plan was to re-load right after weigh in too.

    Decided to break up my program today over 2 days. Would normally be a squat AND bench day, switched to just squats.

    Shannan, I've heard that is a great meet. No, that isn't my gym. We are in Cedar Point, North Carolina and hosting a meet on the same day. We plan to host meets once a quarter. Maybe you will make it up to us for one in the future? Looks like you are right on track to hit some PRs at the meet.

    starting strength coach development program
    3/5/13

    Went in thinking I had a free morning. Messed around with 10kg bar to see if I could the right feel of snatches. Nope, think it's been too long. Will revisit after 3/23. Signed up for Pendlay level 1/2 in April- should be fun.
