    Thank you SC and melody!

    Massage kicked my ass last night. Sore right tricep and left rhomboids. Slept terribly. Between getting up to pee every hour and not being able to get comfortable, I'm cranky. Hoping to drug myself into sleep tonight. Last day water loading, good since I'm feeling a little confused in the afternoons.

    BW 124.75. I woke up feeling very skinny this morning, and I wasn't happy about it. I don't want to lose weight like this again. If you would've told me I'd feel like this a year ago, I would've told you were totally out of your mind. Couldn't stand another batch of egg whites, so I cheated and ate oatmeal. Was amazing!
