Forced rest today and tomorrow. Far to much surgery to get any reasonable workout.
Crunched some numbers instead between cases.
Squat: first attempt 75kg, second 80kg
Bench: first 50kg, second 52.5kg
DL: first 107.5kg, second 115

Finally made it back. Ass-tired and undernourished today.
Been suggested to me I'm over tightening my belt on DLs. It slipped on my rib cage around 212 and hurts like hell. Broke a rib on other side a few months back doing same in a belt too wide for me. Switched to an older leather belt at 225 and no problems for rest of workout.

3/11/13 - BW 124, after coffee and breakfast. Won't be an issue making weight. So sorry to all who had to listen to my carrying on about the evils of scales.
Definitely injured right anterior rib(s) on Saturday. Yelped every time I rolled over in bed last night. I don't want to know extent of damage. KT taped it (not very well as I had to do it by myself :/), and proceeded with workout.
