Guess it's been a while. The last 2 months have been slow and steady gains. BW@128-129 consistently.

Played around with 2 block bench - fun, got to 170 for a single

280 triple - PR
Georgia State meet is in less than 3 weeks. I'm pretty sure personal goals (set after Nats) will be met. Moving up a weight class so I don't have to go thu the pain of cutting.

Total 655 (somewhere around a 66lb PR)
