DOH no straps. Felt pretty good in the injured leg.
Seated press: 45x10x2, 95x10, 135x3, 155x5x3
Ab wheel: BWx10x3
Cable curls (one arm): 15x10x10, 30s rest in between sets. Got a sick pump.
