    Squat 395x5x5
    Wraps 425x3x2
    Raw 425x3
    High bar 295x6x3

Should’ve done this workout on Wednesday...

Actually felt pretty decent. Getting heavier for sure but still moving well. Next week will be deload.

    Bench 255x5 max grip
    255x5x4 CG
    Bench daddy 315x3x3

That’s about as much benching as I feel like doing these days if even. Called it there.

    200512 Tue

    Squat 405x5x5
    Wraps 435x3x2
    Raw 435x3
    High bar 300x6x3
    Ab wheel BWx10x5

Left knee was hurting during squats. Seemed to be due to my weight shifting to my right side about halfway up, probably due to my uneven floor. Was also shaking a lot today, probably because I’ve barely eaten. Only things I’ve had to eat all day are a liter of milk, some wheaties, and 2 pop tarts lol.

Edit: should note I went one rev tighter on the wraps (6 vs 5). Still a lot of slack left though.

    200519 Tue

Bench 265x5 (wide grip), 265x5x4 (close grip)
Bench daddy 295x3x3 (pinkies just inside rings)
    Rolling db 35x10x5
    Hammer curl 35x10x5

Bench daddy work was really light. I wanted to take it easy after the raw sets and try out a grip wider than close grip but not max width. Anyway, today is probably the heaviest I’ll go raw for quite awhile. Time to switch it up a bit.

    What's Bench Daddy?

Rolling db extensions are one of my favorite exercises.

    200523 Sat

    Squat 415x5x5
    Wraps 445x3x2, raw 445x3
    High bar 305x6x3
    Ab wheel BWx10x5

Left leg feeling sore/tight, but can’t tell if it’s just from sitting around all week. Left leg and hip have been painful all week from nonstop sitting.

Wrapped set felt horrible, was really shaky and nowhere near depth. Self wrapping really takes a lot out of me. I’m pretty much totally spent before I even get under the bar. Also feels like I need to rush the set because I’m dying by the time I unrack the bar

Switched to a heavier wrap for set 2 (sig golds), thinking maybe I’d have to spend less energy pulling the wrap tight. Definitely felt better

Raw 445 was really shaky and super high. Think I’m just a little undertrained right now and having trouble with these heavier longer workouts.

    Belt was pretty loose today.

It’s like a slingshot, just a different brand. I like it better because it doesn’t have the narrow arm holes that a slingshot does. It also has a lot more options for thickness, although I just got the lightest one.
