    Bench (shirt): 315x3, 325x3, 325x1 (hit rack)
    Raw 225x3

Grip width pinkies ~0.5-1 inch inside of rings. Shirt sleeves so loose there’s like zero support at lockout. I don’t really have a shirt that fits me.

Pec twinges on the raw stuff so I stopped there. Why do I ever bother with this lift anymore lol. Haven’t put more than 10lbs on it since 2013 and just fuck my pec up once a year. Maybe I can close grip 225 for 5x5 until the day I die, yay!

    Deadlift 375x5x5
    RDL 285x6x3
    Conv technique work 225x5

Stopped there, not trying to push it today. Been almost exactly one month since I’ve last DLed and jacked my left lat up. Felt alright today. At least I know exactly what caused it.

Left knee hurting but hopefully leveling the platform fixes that. Will be getting a bunch of stuff from Home Depot in the next week.

Set 2: is really easy but left knee killing me. Try switching directions for 3rd set
    Nah didn’t help
Knees are probably agitated from squat anyway
Wrapped my left knee for 4th set. Left hurt less but right hurt.
Wrapped both knees for last set. Better but eh.

Knees have never really before except for really isolated random times. I don’t see anything that could be different now except for my shitty sloped floor which isn’t level. The weight is super easy on these deads. Wish I had a GHR or leg curl or something, would definitely make it feel better.

    Squat 385x3, wraps 385x3
    High bar 275x6x2

Didn’t want to push anything with my knees still wonky from deadlifts. I’m getting some concrete on Wednesday so hopefully I can level my platform and it fixes this problem.

My belt was loose again today, definitely suspicious that I’m losing weight. I should find my scale.

    Squat 425x5x5
    Raw 455x3, wraps 455x3x2
    High bar 310x6x3
    Ab wheel BWx10x5

Knees hurting more with each set of squats. It has to be my uneven floor. I’ve never had this happen before. My concrete shipment was delayed but finally got here. We’ll see when I have time to level my platform, and hopefully that fixes this. Wore my tightest sleeves today to try to help but nope.

Thought more about “knees out” on last set. Helped.

Knees didn’t feel great on the wrapped sets. Think I just had too long rests in between. I did the raw triple before the wraps this time so I wouldn’t be so gassed doing it.

Anyway, I think this is likely the end for my squat linear progression. I could grind out a few more weeks but I don’t really want to get in a place where every workout is an absolute slog. I’ve been there many times before and the chances of me tweaking something or getting hurt rise pretty quickly. Problem is, I don’t really know what else to do! Haha. I’ll think of something. I’ve had my best success getting coaching from Blaine but my schedule is too screwed up to really commit to that. We’ll see what happens.

    OHP 140x5x3
    Hammer curls 35x10x3

Set 1 felt a twinge in right pec halfway thru
Set 2 focused on pulling bar apart
    Bench is fun!

    200625 Thu

    Squat 345x5x4
    Straps down 385x3, 425x3, 445x3x2
    High bar 275x6x3
    Ab wheel BWx10x5

Left hip killing me from sitting around too much all week. Usually goes away during the work sets at least.

So, I’m trying to start light and work some equipped stuff back in. Think is the first time I’ve squatted equipped since maybe 2018? Or early 2019 at the latest. Weights were all super easy today but I’m trying to not have every session be a brutally hard grinding session. First time wearing that particular suit ever so the reps were all prettttty high but whatever. I’ll probably do the same thing for the next workout or two then see what I want to do for the next block. My raw strength still has a lot of catching up to do to get back to fall 2018 levels.

Also not sure if I mentioned it here yet but my BW is down to about 229. I was usually sitting around 238 before.

    200704 Sat

    Squat 365x5x4
    Straps down 405x3, 455x1
    + wraps 495x3, 510x3
    Remove wraps 455x3
    High bar 285x6x3
    Ab wheel BWx10x5

Self wrapping is exhausting. By the time I get under the bar I can’t even think about lifting it anymore. I took them off for the 3rd equipped set, just couldn’t take it. I don’t understand how “raw w/ wraps” is a thing. Aside from it not even being raw, wraps are by far the worst part of equipped lifting. Might as well just add the suit too lol.

Need to keep bar back coming up on squats. That was always my Achilles heel on equipped stuff and it shows up in raw too.

Anyway this was all pretty easy, but time consuming with the wraps. 510 is all the weight I own so it probably doesn’t matter if I use wraps or not for now. Probably take me months to get more weight with all the clowns buying the stock out of everything.
