2nd one at 102 choked me out and coach cut me off. Much better than last week at least. For the first time in forever, I was able to rack the barbell from the blocks too, so the elbow must be improving? Who the hell knows.
Lil L came in today but spent most of the day passed out at her desk and grumbling about the keto transition, full story at 11.
EDIT: Forgot I also did a bunch of jerk dip pause triples with 120kg and six pullups. Pullups seem to be helping the elbow, go figure.
