    Working on hitting a good power position on the clean and staying tight on the jerk, both things that have either never been great or deteriorating for the past two years due to the elbow ROM issues.

    Spent the whole weekend running a low-grade anxiety attack. Got my shit together slightly today to go do:

    Snatch + OHS 1+5
    20x a few
    40x1
    50x1
    60x1
    70x1
    80x1
    84x1

    84 was the easiest snatch of them all, but the hardest OHS of course. Shoulders on fire now. Right elbow doesn't like being locked out for so long and is a bit sore and needs some ice and heat, but otherwise, no complaints.

    Seems like half the strong people on the forum disappeared?? WTF. Abandonment issues #triggered.
