2nd one at 102 choked me out and coach cut me off. Much better than last week at least. For the first time in forever, I was able to rack the barbell from the blocks too, so the elbow must be improving? Who the hell knows.
Lil L came in today but spent most of the day passed out at her desk and grumbling about the keto transition, full story at 11.
EDIT: Forgot I also did a bunch of jerk dip pause triples with 120kg and six pullups. Pullups seem to be helping the elbow, go figure.

I got too cold on the 90 because some guy went to Jianping Ma's seminar yesterday and was filling me in on all he learned. TL;DR: big pull, straight bar path, get the fuck under and catch it. No mention of s-curve triple extension power position superman catapult etc etc. The guy was fascinated. I'm like HORY SHEET why are we still having this discussion????
Lil L seems to have pushed through the keto hump but was clearly coming down with something on Saturday and has since been trapped in bed with a sinus infection. "Aaaugh Louisiana is just the best. This DC air is going to give us all cancer."* Didn't stop her for calling me out on my vanity the other day for wearing a sportcoat despite the wet hot air though.
