    Yeah, I'm super-psyched about it.

    Deload:

    Squat: 295x2x2 (very easy, no belt, in chucks...I actually like squatting in chucks...I usually want to tip forward, but in chucks I don't feel like that)

    Bench: 200x2x2 paused (easy)

    Deadlift: 365x2x2 (went back to setting up the "perfect pull" SS way, and unsurprisingly, it felt really good...I just don't have the confidence in that setup when the weight is heavy. I feel like I can't explode at the beginning very well.)

    Recovery Circuit: 3 Rounds
    DB Swing
    Air Squat
    Weighted Plank
    Decline Bench Leg-Raise

    Conditioning:
    Elliptical 20s/1:40 x 5

    One rower was in use and the other broken, so I jumped on an elliptical. I felt like I looked retarded going all out, but whatever. I won't have access to a rower after next week, so I have to get used to it.

    Back to transmutation next week...building for the meet.

    Was running late so couldn't fit another accessory in. After this week, I will have more time because of the move, and I will be able to do accessory work for days.

    Transmutation: Week 1: Deadlift

    Deadlift: 415x3, 465x1, 440x4x2 (Rep PR), 440x3x2

    LBBS: 335x3x4

    Leg Press: 510x8x2

    Pallof Press: 60x10x2

    - Right adductor was sore, but thought nothing of it, until it hurt/cramped on 225 deadlift. Worked through it.

    - Cut assistance short, because late as usual. Will add some GHR's or something next week @ Dwayne's.
