Yeah, I'm super-psyched about it.
Deload:
Squat: 295x2x2 (very easy, no belt, in chucks...I actually like squatting in chucks...I usually want to tip forward, but in chucks I don't feel like that)
Bench: 200x2x2 paused (easy)
Deadlift: 365x2x2 (went back to setting up the "perfect pull" SS way, and unsurprisingly, it felt really good...I just don't have the confidence in that setup when the weight is heavy. I feel like I can't explode at the beginning very well.)
Recovery Circuit: 3 Rounds
DB Swing
Air Squat
Weighted Plank
Decline Bench Leg-Raise
Conditioning:
Elliptical 20s/1:40 x 5
One rower was in use and the other broken, so I jumped on an elliptical. I felt like I looked retarded going all out, but whatever. I won't have access to a rower after next week, so I have to get used to it.
Back to transmutation next week...building for the meet.
