    Accumulation: Week 1: Deadlift

    Deadlift: 420x1, 370x5x5

    Pause Squat: 225x6x4

    GPP: 4 rounds (about a minute rest between rounds)
    Good Morning x 3, RDL
    Russian Swing
    Lunges
    Ab Pulldown

    My right hamstring doesn't want to stretch as much as my left for whatever reason. It's like my right knee will always find a way to bend, even when I'm trying to not bend it. Have to figure this out.

    I did close to the same thing on my GPP yesterday. Not too bad, but my lateral hamstrings don't feel so good from the GM's. I started with an empty bar but loaded 25's on to help "push" me lower-- probably a bad idea.

    GM's feel pretty unnatural to me. I used an empty bar the 1st time and then loaded 25's, too. I have a deep urge to find someone to take one of those "The Stick" things to my hamstrings.

    Power Clean: worked up to (225x1)x3 (felt pretty sweet)

    Squat: 350x1, 310x5x5

    2 count paused deads-1" off floor and just above knees: (275x6)x4 (these are hard)

    GPP: 4 rounds (was supposed to be 5, but I was late)

    I was running late, so I chose some waxy maize, which has zero fiber. This leaves me having to consume 5 servings of psyllium husk tonight when I get home from work at like 1 am. I hope I wake up "intact".

    Haha, is that all you have to say? I just bitched for 300 words about that nastiness!

    How long did this workout take you? I didn't even get to the GPP-- I was 1:45 in by the time I finished the Deads....
