The squat was deep enough. I wouldn't go any deeper. Leave good where it is.

    Transmutation: Week 2: Deadlift

    Deadlift: 417x3, 472x1, 440x3x3

    LBBS: 325x3x3

    Leg Press: 450x8x2

    Pallof Press: 65x8, 80x8

Felt a crack in my back on the third rep of my first deadlift set. Not sure what it was, but it wasn't debilitating. Sort of near the si joint on the left side. It's sort of sore now, but I'm fine. Wanted to do sldl's, but ran out of time, but that is probably a good thing given the back thing today.

Gotta work on some anterior pelvic tilt I got going on. Probably partially the cause of the back issue.

    Hands after today:

    10/2

    Transmutation: Week 3: Squat

    Squat: 350x2, 395x1 (5 lb gym PR), (370x2)x3

Deficit Deadlift ~2.5": 425x2, 435x2 (should've went heavier, felt strong today)

    SLDL: 335x8x2

    Leg Press: 470x8x2

Pallof Press: 60x8x2 (one side clearly stronger than other on these, weird)

Ha, so I saw a new girl working at my gym. I decided to ask her her name, because she was cute, I've been single for over a year, and because I tend to not speak to anyone at my gym besides the other powerlifters. So, I ask her as I'm walking out, and when she says "Lindsey", my mind blanks and I say "Lindsey?" and I keep walking out without telling her my name. Hope that makes someone laugh.

    that's pretty freaking funny.
    1) At least you had the nerve to ask
    2) I guess now you have something to say to her next time you see her. You can stretch out 1 conversation over the course of the next two months!
