I don't like missing reps, especially on the 1st day of a peak phase. But, I don't think I did too badly, especially when I get another chance next week. Trying to not be negative about it.
My form was kind of shit: really slow descent which for me makes me much weaker, random touch points, first move off my chest toward my feet too much.
