Sldl 325x6x3
Say 40 pull ups / chins. Forearm
And bicep was done.

Pause squats 390x3x5 had a few that were moving. Depth is easy to find w mirror lols
Bench 350x3,4,4,4 well. This bench setup sucks balls. And I was cooked from ohp and board press yesterday. Stoked to get 4s
Floor press 320x4x4
40 pull ups.

Went to lunch with ex... Had ciders. Day drinking! Then watched tv with her until kiddo got home; He was pretty stoked to see her. Then one more work meeting, then buddy showed up for lifting:
haltings: 380x5x3
curls 127.5x8x4 bicep/forearm hated these.
Crushed a gyro with double meat, got the wife some chicken kebabs and now watching suicide squad. Feeling better about life for a bit. Off to gym for OHP tomorrow and maybe launch some rockets with kiddo.

Morning lift.
Standing! Overhead press
185x5x5 smoked it. Feeling decent. Gym was cold as hell
Pull ups 40 or so.

Deadlifts mixed 480x2 doh 430x3x2 not easy
Seated press 187.5x5x5 got easier each set as I found my groove
3 board press 382.5 x5x3 easier each set as I found my form
Sldl 330x5x3 didn't manage 6s. Wiped.

Pause squats. 395x3x5 not bad.
Bench 350x4x5. Forearms are pained im tired. Skipping floor press. Will catch those tomorrow
Pull ups 50. Way low this week.

Haltings. 385x5x3. Love the plate math. Though spent some time moving hundos from garage to basement. May use. May not. Plate math gonna be even more odd

Little lazy today. Didn't push
Standing press 190x4x5 didn't have any oomph. Still not bad for ohp for me.
Pull ups 60
Love pull ups at the gym. Don't have to worry about hitting head and the angle grips seems to make my arms happier.

Awesome to see you're able to take some time every day for bar therapy. I mean, it's either that or drinking, right? Or both.
