Yup I did high bar ! My hip flexor was getting beat to shit at the end of the lead up to my lady meet and coach though something a little less in the hip flexor and some high reps for blood flow may help it calm down. Seems happier today. Could also be backing off from heavier weights last week and this week.
High bar was super novel. Kinda enjoyed it.
Now off to Boston this week and maybe NYC later this week. Training is gonna be impacted. Liver will be punished.
