Safety squat bar. Low bar was tweaking my biceps something fierce so I'm letting them heal. Also stretching and trying to work out my upper back(rear delt raises) to hopefully get back to low bar pain free
Managed to get to it today.
Deadlift , deadlift bar 405x1. Didn't have any gas. Stress comes in all forms.
Hanging on by fingernails. Good grief. I don't recommend this journey. At all.
