    Worked in city yesterday. Dressed up. Steak
    And fries w colleagues that are more like friends. Nice to get away.

    Think I'm also promoted too. Just waiting on it to be documented. And now I have a budget and people to hire ?
    Don't they know I'm just a kid? Wtf.

    Back to the gym today. Not training really just working out the kinks

    315x6x3 bench. Easy
    Outside to dig some final trench getting ready to finish the run from house to garage

    Safety squat bar. Low bar was tweaking my biceps something fierce so I'm letting them heal. Also stretching and trying to work out my upper back(rear delt raises) to hopefully get back to low bar pain free


    Managed to get to it today.
    Deadlift , deadlift bar 405x1. Didn't have any gas. Stress comes in all forms.

    All I got focus for.
