    Easy peasy. It'll get harder.

    Front squats in a few days! ha!

    It's Highland / Scottish events. It's a shortened version. You can likely expect, one weight for distance, weight over bar, hammer, caber.

    Yes, laughably light, but if I get the PC even the slightest bit wrong, it hurts. So I'm going to do them right to save my wrists and elbows.

    What help do front squats give you? I'm toying with trying them again but they looked awful when I tried them before.
