They, um, must have gotten lost in the "cloud".

    Maybe this week.

    Yesterday:

    Recovery Day
    Front Squat 4 x 3 140
    Bench Press 3 x 5 290
    Power Cleans 5 x 3 130

Power cleans were snappier. Still much too light, but 1) It's recovery day, and 2) I'm practicing them.

Fwiw, I ran that for about 2-2.5yr (6m break from lifting seriously) and while the results were good, it was just becoming brutal.

If all my recovery and nutrition ducks weren't in a row, progress would halt immediately. This was around 23-25yr old, 5'8", 215-240(fat time from the 6m).

Maybe a consultation for Barbell Medicine or Mike T?

    Anyway, good luck.
I've done much more stressful programs than TM. I'm just having a sluggish day. It's probably because of all that sleep I'm not getting.

I'm working with Weights and Plates (Robert Santana) right now.

Also, what's with all the instagram people trying to get me to sumo?

Interesting. I think DUP the way you did it is much more advanced than Texas. But stepping back and exploiting the simpler program and building your conventional deadlift while losing a weight class has been demonstrating much more dramatic changes than the more complex work.

Under the weather, but the weights moved fine.

    Recovery Day
Front Squat 4 x 3 140x3x2,145x3x2 oops. I should have done 145 for all four sets.
    Press 3 x 5 175 Easy
    Power Cleans 5 x 3 135

The power cleans felt good today. I'm actually looking forward to them next week. Still very light, but the form is getting better.

    Intensity day
    Squat 1 x 5 435
    Bench Press 1 x 5 360
    Paused Deadlifts 3 x 5 365

The bench press was slow. It's probably still too light on volume day.

    Volume Day

Squat 375x5x5 still rebuilding good quality depth at my new skinniness.
    Press 185x5x5 easy
Deadlift 445x5 tied my PR. 405x5 backoff.

I have a really nice video of the deadlift set, but I can't figure out how to embed instagram. Go find me @karlssc
