Bad day yesterday. 8/19/16 Discovered I had been cheating on lumbar extension. EXPLETIVE!
355x5x5 squats. Then realized they weren't good, and went back out to try to fix them. 225x5x4, 315x5x1, finally got a decent set.
Bench: 355x5x5 yawn.
Pin Press overhead at forehead: 210x3x5 no problem.
Pullups 10 10 7, I have to do 125 this week. 98 left.
Describe how you were cheating lumbar extension. Were you overextending or under? I am asking for a friend who used to overextend and has to consciously tuck his pelvis and then tighten the lumbar in that position before squatting.

I've been worrying so much about back angle and getting my knees set that I was flexing my lumbar spine to do it. This shall not stand.
