    CG incline bench
    up to 5 sets of 5 @ 127

    Deadlift - light/technique
    up to 6 sets of 3 @ 231

    DB shoulder press
    1 set of 10 @ 48
    2 sets of 8 @ 48

    5 sets of tricep pushdowns, 4 sets of Rows and pulldowns, 4 sets of curls and 5 sets goodmornings.

    starting strength coach development program
    Lots of school. Way too much fucking school, honestly. Well; Current weights:

    Squats
    6 sets of 3 @ 305
    5 by 5 @ 285

    Bench
    6 sets of 3 @ 198
    5 by 5 @ 182

    Deadlifts
    5 by 5 @ 325, probably stalling at 330, then moving down to doing 6 sets of 3, still continuering the linear progression.
