Squat 5 x 5 (335 x 1 x 5, 340 x 2 x 5, 345 x 2[5, 2])
RDL 215 x 3 x 5
Weird thing happened with my upper thigh/hip area. After the 4th set, I felt some pain in the upper high/hip flexor area. Got to the 5th set and could only 2 reps with 345. Weight wasn't heavy, my hip just gave out on me. After thinking about going for 3 more reps to finish off, I tried air squatting and something felt horrible in the hip in the hole. It felt super uncomfortable. Looked at the Supple Leopard and I'm going to give the Superfriend Quad Smash a go.
