Hope you get better soon. Wouldn't want to gain on your lifts while you're laid up. Not too much anyway...

    Wednesday 1/15/14

I am very excited with my progression! Today was the first day I've felt good in the gym for about a week or so. While my top weight wasn't a PR the work out over all was. I am very, very excited for the next few squat workouts!

    Squat
    325 x 3
    360 x 3
    325 x 3

Cool down, some right leg accessories and abs.

I don't think you mentioned it anywhere, but how long have you been training and competing? Are you willing to share your previous meet results?

I didn't think about mentioning it. I'm new to the forums. I am Matthew Fox at 132.

This is the Kansas USAPL Records they're my best completed lifts from USAPL at the JR Division.

These are my teen 3 18-19 best in USAPL. I lifted in my first powerlifting meet at 18. I am 22 now.

I couldn't find my NASA results as they only keep the previous year's results up. I haven't competed since 2012 in any organization. As a college student money is pretty tight so I decided to take some time off just to get stronger. I'm trying to find another meet around March and I will post those results if I can find one.

    Is this it? http://www.nasa-sports.com/Results/Results%20KS.htm

    160kg/352lb Squat
    120kg/264lb Bench
    160kg/352lb Deadlift

Just a quick Google search, so I could easily be wrong.

    1/16/14 Thursday.
I weighted 140 this morning which is a little heavier then I would like to walk around at. While I won't be really concerned until around March for my body weight I'm not very happy. But, with heavier body weight comes more PRs and they just keep coming so I'm loving that side of it. My bench strength had been plateaued for over a year so these little gains have got me very excited.

    Bench
    225 x 3
    PR 260 x 3
    230 3 x 3

I have altered my stance on Deadlift again to a width that is much more comfortable. I restarted my cycle to become more comfortable with the stance. Mondays will be 3S x 10R and Fridays will be 5S x 3R.

    Deadlift
    315 x 3
    335 x 3
    315 3 x 3

    Goodmornings
    185 2 x 8

    1/19/14 Sunday

    Front Squat
    245 x 3
295 x 2 I was suppose to hit a third, but I am lifting at a YMCA over break. They've asked me to stop being so loud a couple times so I didn't chance dropping a 3rd rep.
    245 x 3

Close Grip Bench This was my first bench work out where I was still fairly sore from my last session. I backed off on my accessories so I can go for a PR on Thurs.
    225 x 3
    250 x 3
    225 3 x 3

    1/20/14 Monday

    Deadlift
3S x 10R 255 This was a very comfortable start for my high volume scaling. I think these high volume days will really help me master my form and really hit my hamstrings a little harder.
