    Man, I'm about 15% at 5'8", 205-210. Would gladly take 220-225 at 16%. LOL at "I'm no Feigenbaum". But +40 lbs with only +5.5% BF strikes me as pretty damned good.

    Well the floor presses just sucked. AC joint not good.

    I see that you, like myself, are stricken with long femurs and long arms. Death to squats, bring on the deadlifts and presses.

    I gave these a try tonight but used a 50lb DB and isolated with one arm. Maybe yours sucked because you had just pressed 180 and then went for 245 on a supplemental floor press.
    Just Saying... but WTF do I know

    Squats: 335x5x3

    First set felt great. Torso felt too upright on second & third sets.


    Press: 182.5x5x3

    Chins & GPP tomorrow.

    Also: Holy Shit, what a game. And enough with the catastrophic injury porn. Fuck. Disgusting.
