    Mind if I steal your heavy bag routine for my own intervals?!

    I'm bored of machines, I just wanna hit stuff, pull in some of my old Karate and MMA bag work.

    Yeah. Way more fun than riding a bike. Keep in mind that I'm totally unconditioned here. Ideally, the hooks would be coming in a 30 second sustained burst of aggression.

    Do you ever mix it up and add in kicks? Or are you strictly paws?

    I dabbled with MMA a couple of years back, it wasn't for me in the sense that I sucked as a striker (although I excelled on the ground, I learnt pretty quickly to perform submissions from the rubber guard. (great having reach!)
