Actually has some DOMS after Thursday's workout and that felt good after not having trained much over past months. Going to keep on moving the major lifts up in fairly significant jumps until I find where I want to start back from. I'm thinking 185'ish for the SQ and 315'ish for the DL but we will see.

Missed some training due to business and travel but went ahead and moved the weights up today anyhow and it was fine. Will probably use these numbers to start progressing and will probably use 10 lb. jumps on SQ and 20 lb. jumps on DL for a few weeks until I have to scale back a bit. Knee continues to improve.

Shoulder stuff - Internal, external, upright rotations with weights
TKE's - 3x20
DB BP - 20'sx3x15 (don't laugh)
Chins - BWx3x5
Yeah, so upper body is really shitty place right now. Right shoulder is definitely messed up. Not making any decisions about it in short-term.
