Missed some training due to business and travel but went ahead and moved the weights up today anyhow and it was fine. Will probably use these numbers to start progressing and will probably use 10 lb. jumps on SQ and 20 lb. jumps on DL for a few weeks until I have to scale back a bit. Knee continues to improve.
