SQ - 365x4x4
Pin BP - 285x1, 315x1, 295x3, 285x4, 275x2x4
SQ's did not happen on Wednesday for variety of reasons - all good - like daughter getting home from college, beautiful day out, family time, etc. Had to back off planned weights just a bit today but got some work in. Now, I just need three or four weeks of uninterrupted training to get back to where I might be ready to test some heavy weights.
