Okay, just got back from South America this morning. No lifting, but the Inca Trail hike was quite taxing. Twenty six miles in total with over 8,000 in vertical climb over the course of 4 days. I lost about 13-14 lbs. during the overall trip. Only downside was strained upper right hamstring in the middle of this last week while doing some off-road motorbiking in Ecuador. Going up a steep switchback, stabbed my right leg down to avoid fall and strained it. No visible bleeding/bruising so think this will rehab quickly. That will be focus of this next coming weeks. Otherwise, a great trip.
