I'm having a fun time with my brofest monday right now. The best part of all the accessory work is just run through it and I'm done, so I'm actually getting out quicker on Monday's than I had been before.

Squat
45x5x3, 135x5x2, 185x2, 225x2, 275x1, 315x1, 335x1, 375x5x5 - First set FELT terrible, like there was 30 lbs too much on the bar. Racked it and watched the video and everything looked fine. Was busy at work, running around, doing site visits, and didn't get lunch until 2 hours later than normal. Started thinking about cycling weight down or doing something else. Instead, I put on an album that always helps lock me in, head down, and get the work done. Some days I don't have the effort when I walk through the door, so I need to manufacture it between sets.
Power Shrugs
135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 405x5, 465x5x3 - Actually did a video of the last set and noticed I'm rather violently throwing my head forward at the top. Going to have to video my freaking shrugs now to stop doing that.

290x5 PR, 275x5 - was planning on going for 287.5 but didn't bring my micro plates, so got a bonus pr.
Press
170x5, 160x5x2 - last rep on 170 was @10, but 160x5 was an 8. Press is weird.
Db press
70x6x2, 65x6
Chins
8,8,10
Was doing the Db press for a variation and a little more volume, but realized that if I want more volume I could, you know, just add another set of bench and press and do something more useful.

Squats
415x3+0 - had a "hotspot" on my left adductor that showed up on the first rep's eccentric and it got worse on each rep. Went for the fourth but was too focused on whether I was going to pop something and got stuck. Was thinking about back offs, but the discomfort persisted.
Deadlifts
425x5, 400x5 - deadlifts don't have an eccentric and these felt really good tonight.
No pain this morning so hopefully an isolate thing.

Had to do Monday on Sunday because of family commitments. Also was kind of stupid about it and went biking before because, hey, it's just bench volume day. Still feeling a little beat up today. Perhaps I'll learn at some point that I can't press as hard as possible all the time.
