Squats w/Sleeves
45x5x3, 135x5x2, 185x2, 225x2, 275x1, 315x1,345x1, 385x2, 410x4, 445x0 - pants assploded, 405x2, 405x4 - Bring your shorts to the gym. Why? Because if you forget your shorts you will think you can squat in your khakis. You cannot squat in your khakis for long. Then you will have to borrow pants, which is what should have been done in the first place.
