    50/55 x 11 @ 10, grabbed wrong DB for left arm
    45s x 12@8

    DB single arm Lateral raise:
    15sx12@6-7
    15sx12@slightly cheaty

Combined two sessions because I got three hours of sleep two days ago and felt it would be better to hold off on pulling until I was more rested.

Glad I can do Medium stance sumo without pain now. Probably 1-2 weeks from squatting at most

This will probably be my last post here. I heard a lot of the regular posters are quitting posting here due to the new BS rules. I am only on here to keep up with friends so if they aren't gonna be here, there's no point.

Dang it. You in particular (along with Hanley and Les) were one of the people I was worried would do this. Oh well. At this point I'll just say all the best. I'm sure I'll see your stuff elsewhere.

I enjoyed reading your program reviews on ptw website, they are very thorough.

However, reading your training post I'm now wondering if your thinking regarding BB style assistance to the main lifts vs. more specific close variants has changed?

Or is your line of thought expressed in the program review series still stands, but not for everyone and bb stuff is appropriate on a case-to-case basis (even amongst purely competitive powerlifters)?

    Thanks!

    Ps.

    starting strength coach development program
I don't do my own programming. However, all of my programming includes higher rep GPP for biceps back and abs. I do now include some BB work for most people because if I don't they do it behind my back anyway and usually in unreasonable volumes.

All that said, I don't agree with Tuchscherer as much as I used to on programming.

As far as the forum, a bunch of people were supposedly gonna leave due to the new rules but I'm not really seeing a mass exodus as was predicted.
