    115x5
    1/10 pain on half of the reps or so

    Comp Bench:
    125x5x3@6-7
    127.5x6@10, this is disappointing
    Guess I blew my load on the previous sets

    Flat DBBP:
    80s x 15 @9.5-10
    70s x 9 @9.5-10
    60s x 15
    And it just kept getting worse

    DB Hammer Curl:
    25s x 20
    30s x 12
    25s x 13
