    It's taken about 6 months to go from 17 3/4" to a bit over 18". Pretty sure it's just the creatine, but I'll take it.

    Deads looked pretty good.

    The long femur/short torso build makes getting the back set before pulling a bitch.

    Thanks. Lots of little things to refine, but the deads feel much better.

    I wish I could blame wonky segment lengths, but really I'm just weak!

    I can see an improvement in your back angle. You are setting the back hard. Looks good.

    RTS week 2

    Squats: 365x4@7, 405x4@8, 405x4@8, 405x4@8, 405x4@9

    This felt like my best squat workout ever.

    Set the j-hooks too high. Rookie move.


    DB Bench: 55x10, 75x10x2, 100x10

    Shoulder feeling pretty damned good.

    Pullovers: 120x8x3

    Snatch Grip Deads: 405x3@7, 425x3@7.5, 425x3@8, 425x3@9ish, 315x10, 225x10

    Not a true 9, but felt my lower back releasing on 3rd set @425. The final 2 sets were cardio. Also...ghetto-shimmed my short leg for these. Felt good.
