I like the movement as it hits my upper back hard as well as works my legs in a different way while the mid and upper back have to hold a good position through a longer range of motion.
I was curious since they are progressing nicely for you as is your frequency of the movements.

Watcha doin Sn DLs for? I've seen it transfer well for an athlete who pulled big at raw unity this year. I'm wondering if it might b best suited for ppl who DL with no flexion in the spine. Just a thought really.

My deadlift form fell to shit about 3 months ago. I was weak in all the wrong places. Zero back control. Terrible flexion. Shit lockout. Back pain. Snatch grips have unfucked all that. Had another trainer watch me, & he reported just a bit of flexion as the bar crossed my knees at 505. Hopefully it transfers. Pulling in a meet Aug 16. I will only consider myself successful if you accuse me of juicing.
I used straps. So a bit less boss. I hate deficit deads, which probably means I need them.
