I don't get to post in my old log until I unfuck some things, squat 500, DL 615 & press 245. Shame face.

    TM Lower Vol

    Squats: 315x3, 365x3, 405x3@8, 405x3@8.5, 405x3@9, 385x3@8.5, 365x3@8

    Still fatigued from intensity squats.

    Snatch Grip Deads: 352x3@6, 385x3@7, 385x3@8, 385x3@8, 385x3@8, 352x3@8

    Vid of 5th set: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXyFA6Og404&sns=em

Couldn't get set right for 3rd rep & it shows...low back all wonky.

    4/15

Press Volume & a miscellany of back & shoulder work

    Press: 155x5, 185x1, 200x3@8, 200x3@8,
    200x3@8, 200x3@8.5, 200x3@8, 200x3@8.5, 200x3@8, 200x3@8.5, 200x2 (fried)

32 minutes from the set at 155 to finish. Probably the best press workout I've ever had.

    DB Row: 100x20 right&left
    Pullovers: 90x15x3
Shoulder rehab circuit (I miss bench press & I'm going to will my ac joint to heal)

    4/18

    Press Intensity: 227.5x1, 232.5x1 240x1 (PR)

Finally. A press PR. Felt good. Tough, but not grindy.

    DL: 455x1, 495x1x3, 545xf

Done. No pop. Form all f'd

    Prowler: 9x21sec/81sec with 90#. High/low handle.

Holy shit. I might be sorta in shape. These felt easy.

    Squat Sun

You're gonna run Mike T's generalized intermediate program or something else with RPE's?

It will look sorta like Mike T's intermediate program. I'm prioritizing the overhead press, though...which is admittedly odd.

Concur. I just wish it were contested in more meets.

I wish it replaced the bench press in powerlifting.

The press is the manliest and most alpha movement that can be done in the weight room, but it's a waste to bench and press in a 1:1 ratio for powerlifting.
