    I've never been so thrilled to bench 135. Shoulder feels great.

    I think I almost started crying tears of joy after set three. No shoulder pain at all. I honestly thought I was done benching (and therefore competing) forever. I kept muttering "I can bench, I can bench" after my sets & I think people thought I'd gone crazy.

    Taking a half-week deload before 3-week intensity block.

    Squats: 315x2x2
    Bench: 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 245x5x3

    First real bench weight in months. All of these were sub-7 RPE & most importantly there was no AC joint pain. This is what 225 looked like:
